What are raisins?

Raisins are fruits of various grapes of the genus Vitis in the family Vitaceae. They are also known as grass dragon balls and rambutans. They are mainly produced in Xinjiang and Gansu , and are cultivated in Shaanxi, Hebei , Shandong and other places. They are harvested in late summer and early autumn and used fresh or dried for later use.

How to eat raisins
