How to eat durian

1. Before eating durian, you must first remove the thorny outer skin of the durian. You can look carefully and there is a small pointed opening at one end of the durian. After finding the opening, use your hands or the tip of a knife to break it open, and you can see the flesh inside.

2. Cut the durian flesh into pieces of appropriate size, then take a watermelon and cut it into pieces of similar size as the durian for later use.

3. Prepare several safety boxes, put the cut durian and watermelon pieces into the fresh-keeping boxes, and put the watermelons and durian alternately, that is, put a real watermelon, then a piece of durian, and repeat this process until all the fruit pulp is put out.

4. After closing the lid of the fresh-keeping box, store it in the refrigerator for four to five hours. When you take it out and eat it, the smell of durian will be much smaller. You can eat it with confidence because the smell of durian will dissipate partly at low temperatures and will also be partially neutralized by the sweetness of watermelon.

5. Durian is a hot fruit and eating it can cause internal heat. If you eat it with cool fruits such as watermelon and mangosteen, you can avoid the symptoms of internal heat.
