When making ketchup at home, you need to prepare 700 grams of fresh, ripe tomatoes, 100 grams of rock sugar and a fresh lemon, and a clean, sealable glass bottle.

1. Put clean water in the pot and heat it. When it is heated to about 60 degrees, put the prepared tomatoes into the pot, cover it, turn off the heat, and then take out the tomatoes after two minutes. You will find that the skin of the tomatoes has fallen off automatically.

2. Cut the peeled tomatoes into pieces with a knife. If you see green seeds, remove them, otherwise the tomato sauce will taste bad.

3. Put the chopped tomato pieces into a food processor and puree them. Then take them out and pour them into the pot. Add rock sugar and bring to a boil. Continue cooking. When it becomes thick, stir it with a tool to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

4. Take the lemon juice from fresh lemons. When the tomato sauce is almost cooked, add the lemon juice in, mix well and cook for another three or four minutes. Then turn off the heat. After it cools down, take it out and put it into a glass bottle, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator. The homemade tomato sauce is ready and you can take it whenever you want to eat it.
