Hyacinthus cultivation methods and precautions

1. Selection of hyacinth bulbs

When growing hyacinths, the selection of bulbs is very important, because most of the nutrients of hyacinths during growth are stored in the bulbs. When choosing hyacinth bulbs, you must choose undamaged and fleshy bulbs. Those wrinkled or soft bulbs are not suitable for cultivation, and they cannot bloom beautiful flowers at all.

2. Hyacinthus's requirements for soil

Hyacinths also have certain requirements for the soil when they are cultivated. It is best to choose soil with fertilizer, high organic matter content, and good pellet structure. Usually, you can mix rotten leaves, garden soil, coarse sand and bone meal in a ratio of 5:3:1.5:0.5. After mixing, you can add a small amount of formalin, cover it with a film, remove it after one day, and plant hyacinths directly.

3. Hyacinthus's requirements for light and temperature

Hyacinthus also has certain requirements for light. It likes warm sunshine. If the light is too weak, it will cause the hyacinth to have adverse symptoms such as early flower fading or small flower buds. When cultivating hyacinth, temperature is also very important. It cannot be placed in a high temperature environment above 35 degrees, otherwise it will increase the blind flower rate of hyacinth and cause it to grow abnormally, which will affect its beauty.
