Steps to cook braised hairtail fish

1. Clean the prepared hairtail, remove the head and internal organs, wash it with clean water to remove the moisture, and then cut it into five or six centimeter segments for later use.

2. Cut the prepared ginger into minced ginger, peel the green onion and cut it into chopped green onion. Prepare a small bowl, put the soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, vinegar, salt and other seasonings together and mix well to make the sauce for later use.
