People suffering from insomnia can eat glutinous rice, lily and sugar porridge at night. This porridge requires 60 grams of lily and an appropriate amount of glutinous rice and brown sugar. First, wash the glutinous rice and lily, add water and cook them into porridge, then add brown sugar and mix well. Take it every night for seven consecutive days, which can significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia.

3. For insomnia, you can eat licorice, wheat and red dates soup

People suffering from insomnia can eat some licorice, wheat and red dates soup, which can nourish the heart and calm the mind, nourish the spleen and stomach, and has a good effect on alleviating insomnia, night sweats and nightmares. The specific method is to add ten grams of licorice, thirty grams of wheat and five red dates to two bowls of water, then put them in a pot and boil them.
