Ingredients and steps for fried chili noodles

Sichuan fried chili noodles can be made by yourself. To make fried chili noodles that are bright red, crispy, fragrant, and spicy , just read the instructions for making fried chili noodles .

1. Fried chili noodles

Step 1: Prepare 100 grams of dried chili peppers, 20 grams of peppercorns, 4 slices of ginger, 2 star anises, a piece of cinnamon, and a little white sesame seeds.

Step 2: After heating the pot, pour in the dried red chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, then heat them over low heat and turn off the heat after one minute.

Step 3: After mixing the chili powder and chili minced, season with salt and sugar, and then add sesame seeds.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, star anise and cinnamon to spice up the pan, then heat over medium heat.

Step 5: When the oil becomes hot and yellow, turn off the heat and let the oil cool down slowly.

Step 6: Quickly pour the oil into the mixed peppers, stir well and the fried chili powder is ready.

2. Fried Peanut Chili Noodles

Step 1: 70 grams of dried red pepper, 10 grams of peanuts, 10 grams of sesame seeds, 10 grams of green onion and ginger, 300 grams of vegetable oil, and 10 grams of green onion and ginger.

Step 2: Fry the peanuts and sesame seeds until fragrant, but do not use high heat to avoid burning them.

Step 3: After frying the peanuts and sesame seeds, mix in the dried red pepper and grind them together.

Step 4: Chop the onion and ginger into small pieces and put them into the pot. Add oil and heat it, then mix in some chopped chili peppers.

Step 5: Keep stirring until the temperature drops again, then add the remaining part, stir well and refrigerate.
