It is important to pay attention to temperature control when growing aloe vera. Aloe vera is a thermophilic plant. It likes a warm and humid environment. If the indoor temperature is below five degrees, it will stop growing. It grows fastest when the room temperature is between fifteen and twenty-five degrees.

When growing aloe vera, water control is also very important. Although this plant likes a humid environment, water cannot accumulate at the roots. Aloe vera not only needs nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium when growing, but also some trace elements. When fertilizing aloe vera, it is best to choose fermented organic fertilizer. Cake fertilizer, chicken manure and compost are also good choices.

4. Repotting

After one to two years of cultivation, aloe vera needs to be repotted in time. April and May and September to October each year are good times to repot aloe vera. However, when repotting, be sure not to damage the roots. Allow its roots to separate naturally from the old soil. Then move to a larger new pot, cultivate nutrient soil, and water it enough.
