How to make pickled celery

1. Remove the leaves and roots of the prepared celery, leaving its leaf stalks, then wash them with clean water, remove the residue and cut them into sections for later use.

2. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices. Wash the ginger and cut it into shredded ginger. Wash the red pepper and cut it into pieces.

3. Mix the chopped celery, garlic, ginger and red pepper together, then add salt and place in a cool place to marinate. It will be tasty after four or five hours. If you marinate it overnight and eat it the next day, it will taste even better.

4. Although the method of pickling celery is very simple, you must be careful during the production process to avoid letting the celery or other ingredients stick to oil, otherwise it will easily deteriorate. If you want the pickled celery to taste better, you can add an appropriate amount of sesame oil for seasoning when taking it out for consumption.
