Steps for curing bacon

1. Cut the pork belly into long strips and put it in a large bowl. Apply the prepared salt evenly on the surface of the pork belly. Add sugar and apply it on the surface of the meat with your hands.

2. Prepare the white wine, put fennel, star anise, Sichuan pepper and five-spice powder into the white wine, and soak for a while. The longer the soaking time, the more fragrant it tastes.
