1. Malantou mixed with tofu

2. Malantou Congee

Wash the amaranth, chop it, then rinse the rice with clean water, put it into a pot, add clean water, boil it and cook it into porridge. 3. Stir-fried Pork Liver with Malan

Stir-fried amaranth with pork liver is delicious. When frying, cut the amaranth into segments and the pork liver into thin slices.
