Ingredients and steps for cooking oyster stewed with tofu

1. How to make tofu stewed with chrysanthemum and oysters

Step 1: appropriate amount of tofu, oysters, Chinese spinach, oil, ginger, garlic, chopped green onion, water, MSG and salt.

Step 2: Heat oil in the pot and add boiling water until fragrant. Add the tofu and stew over high heat.

Step 3: After the tofu is boiled, add oyster meat and boil again.

2. Homemade Oyster Stew with Tofu

Step 1: half a pound of oysters, 200 grams of tofu, white pepper, 1 egg, salt, starch, sesame oil, chicken essence, and appropriate amount of broth.

Step 2: Clean the oyster meat and cut it into pieces, cut the tofu into pieces, and cut the ginger into shreds

Step 3: Boil the tofu and shredded ginger in broth in a pot, then add salt to season.

Step 4: After stewing for ten minutes, add the oyster meat to the pot and sprinkle with white pepper to season.

Step 5: Mix a bowl of thin water starch, and when the water in the pot boils, add the thickening juice and beaten egg liquid.

Step 6: Bring the ingredients to a boil again over high heat, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while, then add chicken essence and sesame oil for seasoning.
