How to make homemade mushroom sauce

Ingredients: 400g fresh mushrooms, 2 tablespoons Haitian soybean paste, 1 tablespoon bean paste, ginger, onion, garlic, dried chili peppers, soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, sugar

Method 1

1. First, you need to wash the mushrooms, remove the stems and set aside, then cut the mushrooms into 1 cm square cubes; then you need to chop the onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili into fine pieces;

2. Add more oil to the pan, then put the chopped dried red chili into the hot oil, and make sure to fry over low heat until the oil turns red;

3. Then add the chopped green onion, ginger and half of the minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant;

4. Then add the chopped mushrooms and stir-fry slowly. You need to add some soy sauce and Haitian oyster sauce in the middle to enhance the flavor.

5. When the mushrooms are soft, add 1 spoon of bean paste and 2 tablespoons of Haitian soybean paste, then keep the heat low and stir constantly;

6. When the soup gradually thickens, add some Haitian oyster sauce, five-spice powder and a little sugar for seasoning;

7. Keep frying like this until the sauce turns bright red. Add the remaining half of the minced garlic into the pot, stir evenly and then remove from the pot.

Method 2

1. First add cooking wine and more pepper powder, mix well with the fresh meat to marinate the meat.

2. You need to dice the mushrooms in advance

3. Then chop the ginger into small pieces

4. Chop the green onions

5. Just cut the garlic into thin slices

6. Then pour some oil into the pot, then pour in the marinated minced meat, stir-fry over low heat until the water is dried up

7. Then serve

8. Pour more oil into the pot, add minced ginger and chopped green onion and stir-fry. If you like spicy food, you can add chopped chili at this step.

9. Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry continuously over low heat. You can add salt in the middle.

10. Then pour in the minced meat

11. Add appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce

12. Finally, add garlic and sugar to enhance the flavor, stir-fry evenly and then serve.
