1. Ingredients: 100 grams of celery leaves, appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, soy sauce, and chili oil, and also a smaller carrot.

2. Blanch the celery leaves in boiling water, take them out, drain the water and set aside. Wash the carrots and cut them into slices of your favorite shape and set aside.

3. Put the processed celery leaves and carrot slices together, add the prepared salt, sugar, soy sauce, chili oil and other seasonings, mix well and then serve.

Pickled celery leaves method 2

1. Ingredients: 200 grams of celery leaves, one red pepper, 50 grams of peanuts, a head of garlic, a little vinegar, salt, light soy sauce, MSG, sesame oil and sugar.

2. Blanch the celery leaves in boiling water, then squeeze out the water with your hands and cut into thin strips. Also blanch the red pepper in boiling water, cut into small cubes and set aside.

3. Fry the peanuts in oil, peel the garlic and make garlic paste for later use. Put the celery leaves, red pepper and peanuts together, add the prepared seasonings, mix all the ingredients with chopsticks, and finally add sesame oil and serve.
