The content of mannitol in seaweed is relatively small, and its preventive effect on human nephritis is much worse than that of kelp. However, seaweed is rich in amino acids and a large amount of crude fiber, as well as rich in calcium, which greatly promotes the development of adolescent bones and intelligence. Its effect in this regard cannot be surpassed by kelp.
