How to cook pears

How many ways do you know about cooking pears? Let me introduce you to the methods of cooking pears.

How to cook pears

1. Fried pears

Ingredients: Main ingredients: 200g cooked glutinous rice, 50g red bean paste, 1 egg, pear, bread crumbs, a little white sugar

practice

1. Add red bean paste to the middle of the cooked glutinous rice and roll it into a pear shape. You can use your artistic imagination to shape other shapes.

2. Dip the glutinous rice pear in egg liquid and breadcrumbs in turn.

3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the glutinous rice pears and fry them slowly over low heat until golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain the oil.

4. Insert a toothpick on the top of the glutinous rice pear to make the handle of the pear. This is very vivid and you don’t need to use your hands when eating it, which is more hygienic.

2. Shredded Hawthorn Pear

Ingredients: 500g pear, 200g hawthorn, sugar

practice:

1. Wash and remove the core of the hawthorn.

2. Peel the pear, remove the core, cut into long thin strips and place in the center of the plate.

3. Put sugar in the pot, add a small amount of water and boil until the sugar becomes sticky. Add hawthorns and stir-fry until the sugar juice penetrates into the pot. Place the hawthorns around the pear shreds.

3. Argentinian Beef Stew with Peach and Pear

Ingredients: 1500g beef, 250g potatoes, 750g fresh peaches, 750g sweet pears (about 5), 100g raisins, 500g fresh tomatoes, 250g onions, 15g salt, 1g pepper, 750g chicken broth, vegetable oil as needed

practice:

1. Cut the beef into 1.5 cm cubes; peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into 1 cm cubes; peel the peaches and pears, cut them vertically and remove the cores; remove the stems and wash the raisins; peel and seed the tomatoes, then chop them; remove the roots and skin of the onions, then chop them.

2. Heat the pan well, add oil and heat it to 70%, add the diced beef and fry until browned, then add the colander; return the pan to the heat, add vegetable oil and heat it to 50%, add chopped onion and stir-fry until fragrant (do not color it), add chopped tomato and stir-fry until cooked, add the diced beef, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat until 80% cooked.

3. Add diced potatoes, peaches, pears, salt and pepper and simmer until the beef cubes are cooked through. Add raisins and thicken the sauce. Serve the dish in a soup plate, slice the peaches and pears diagonally and place on top of the beef cubes. Pour in the remaining sauce and serve.
