Put oil in a pan and fry it until the surface is golden brown. Then remove the excess oil in the pan, add sugar, light soy sauce and table salt to make a braised sauce, pour it on the fried tofu skin meat rolls and serve.

3. Spicy pepper tofu skin

Tofu skin with hot peppers is especially suitable for people who like spicy food. When making it, cut the tofu skin into triangular pieces and the hot peppers into diamond-shaped pieces. Then put oil in a pan, add a small amount of chopped green onion and then stir-fry the green peppers. After one minute, add a small amount of light soy sauce, then put the tofu skin in and stir-fry. After stir-frying evenly, add salt. After the green peppers are cooked, add chicken essence to season and serve.
