Heat oil in a wok, then add ginger slices, minced garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add sugar, salt, cooking wine, vinegar and other seasonings. Then add the clams and stir-fry. After stir-frying for a few times, add celery and tomatoes and stir-fry until the mouths of the clams are all cracked. Add chili oil and mix well before serving.

Clam porridge is delicious

1. River clams are an important ingredient for cooking seafood porridge. When cooking, you need to prepare an appropriate amount of rice and glutinous rice, 150 grams of river clams, an appropriate amount of fresh shrimps, and a little salt and green onions.

2. Remove the shrimp threads, soak the clams in clean water to let them spit out the mud and sand, wash the rice and glutinous rice, put them in a pot and add clean water to cook.
