[Ingredients] 15 grams of Cornus officinalis, 50 grams of glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

[Preparation] Wash the cornus fruit, put it into a casserole together with glutinous rice and brown sugar, add 450 ml of water, and simmer over low heat until the porridge becomes thick and there is porridge oil on the surface.

[Usage] Take warm once every morning on an empty stomach. One course of treatment is 10 days.

[Efficacy] It is suitable for symptoms such as liver and kidney deficiency, tinnitus, deafness, dizziness, frequent urination, pain in the waist and knees, excessive sweating, excessive menstruation, and excessive bleeding.
