In southern China, when osmanthus flowers are in bloom, people like to collect fresh osmanthus flowers to brew osmanthus wine. However, many people do not understand how to make it, and do not know what effects the osmanthus wine has. Today I will give a comprehensive introduction to osmanthus wine so that everyone can have a new understanding of it.

The efficacy and function of osmanthus wine

1. Osmanthus wine is mild in nature and has a low alcohol content. It can wake up the spleen and stomach, soothe the liver and regulate qi, effectively remove bad breath, relieve sore throat, dry mouth and other adverse symptoms. Osmanthus wine can also directly act on human kidneys, improve kidney function, promote water and reduce swelling, and reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms such as frequent urination and painful urination.

2. The fragrance of osmanthus is attractive and can promote the secretion of digestive juice. It has a certain preventive and alleviating effect on human indigestion, loss of appetite, abdominal distension and pain and other adverse symptoms. Osmanthus wine can warm the meridians and activate blood circulation, and can also reduce swelling and relieve pain. It can relieve women's menstrual abdominal pain or menstrual disorders, and can also reduce the occurrence of human toothache and sore throat.

How to make osmanthus wine

1. The brewing method of osmanthus wine is very simple. When osmanthus is in full bloom, people can choose good quality golden osmanthus to make wine. Each time, 500 grams of fresh golden osmanthus can be collected, 500 grams of powdered rock sugar and 4000 grams of pure grain liquor can be prepared. If you don't like the pungent taste of liquor, you can also choose glutinous rice wine with a mild taste when making osmanthus wine.

2. After cleaning the collected golden osmanthus, place it in a ventilated and cool place to dry for 24 hours, then put it in a clean glass bottle, add about 1/2 of white wine, mix it evenly with clean chopsticks, then put the prepared rock sugar directly into the bottle, and finally add the remaining white wine. Seal the bottle and place it in a cool place. After three months, the osmanthus wine will be ready.
