1. When making peach wine at home, you need to prepare 10 kilograms of fresh peaches, 2000 grams of rock sugar, 3 grams of fruit wine yeast, a clean stainless steel basin and a glass jar with a larger mouth, as well as an appropriate amount of clean gauze and siphon.

2. The peaches used for winemaking must be fresh and of good quality, and must not be rotten or deteriorated. Wash all the peaches with clean water, especially the fuzz on the surface. After washing the peaches, dry the surface moisture, and prepare a clean cutting board and knife without oil or water, and use them to cut all the peach flesh into pieces.

3. Put the cut peaches, pulp and rock sugar together and mix well. Put them into the prepared clean glass jar. There must be no water or oil residue in the jar, and do not fill it too full. It is enough to fill about 70% of the jar volume, otherwise the glass jar will easily burst during the fermentation process.

4. Put peach pulp and rock sugar into a jar. After 24 hours, add the prepared fruit wine yeast and mix well. At this time, cover the mouth of the jar with a lid, but do not screw it completely. After three or four days, a large amount of gas will be produced inside. At this time, you need to deflate once a day. When deflation, you can use chopsticks to stir the pulp and rock sugar again.

5. Wait for the peaches to ferment in the glass jar. After seven days, no new bubbles will be produced. Take them out and filter them with clean gauze and a siphon. Put the resulting liquid into a sealed container and store it. After eight to ten months, the peach wine inside will be ready. At this time, the peach wine can be taken out and drunk directly.
