If you have a coffee pot at home, you can take two tablespoons of coffee powder and pour it into the upper seat of the coffee pot, then add 150 grams of mineral water, and cook it over medium heat. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about one minute. Let the water stay on top for 30 seconds, gently stir it with a spoon, and let it stand for 30 seconds to let the coffee liquid sink. Finally, pour the coffee into the coffee cup.

4. Coffee powder brewing method 4

If you like a refined life, you can also use a siphon pot to boil water when brewing coffee, insert the upper pot filled with coffee powder into the base, wait for the water to boil, and after the coffee powder is completely blended, use a coffee stirring stick to stir in the shape of a cross, stirring every 20 seconds. When brewing, pay attention to the size of the heat, and do not let the water bubble. After stirring three times, turn off the alcohol lamp, then drip the brewed coffee into the base, finally take it out and put it into a coffee cup, add sugar or milk to season it, and you will get a cup of fragrant coffee with a particularly good taste.
