Ingredients for Steamed Rice Noodles with Pork

When steaming rice noodles with meat, you need to prepare 50 grams of rice, 250 grams of pork belly and a little peppercorns. In addition, you need to prepare 15 grams of light soy sauce, 8 grams of dark soy sauce, 15 grams of rice wine, 5 grams of white sugar, an appropriate amount of salt and an appropriate amount of water.

Steps to cook steamed rice noodles with meat

1. Fry the rice and peppercorns together until fragrant, then put them in a food processor and grind them into small pieces. Don't grind them into small pieces, or the steamed pork with rice flour will not taste good.

2. Wash the prepared pork belly with clean water, clean the skin, and then cut it into thin slices. Put it in a small bowl, pour the prepared rice noodles into it and mix well.

3. Then add soy sauce, salt, rice wine, sugar and other seasonings and mix well. Marinate for about half an hour to forty minutes.

4. Take out the marinated meat slices and place them in a bowl one by one, with the skin facing up. The excess rice noodles can be placed at the bottom of the bowl. After the meat is placed, add a small amount of water, because the rice noodles are dry and absorb the seasoning quickly. If you don't add water, the steamed rice noodles will be very dry.

5. After arranging the meat slices, you can put them directly into the steamer and steam them. After the rice is boiled, continue to steam it for about an hour. Then reduce the heat and steam it for another half an hour. The rice noodles and meat will be ready. Turn off the heat, cool it down, take it out and you can start eating.
