Crack three eggs into egg liquid and add a small amount of water to mix well, then put oil in a wok, heat it up, fry the eggs, take them out and set them aside. Heat the oil in the wok again, add the chopped green onions, and then add the loofah shreds and stir-fry until the loofah becomes soft, add a small amount of light soy sauce and edible salt, stir-fry for a while, put the eggs in and stir-fry evenly, remove from the wok and serve.

The method of making garlic-stirred loofah is also very simple, and it tastes especially good. When making it, first peel a head of garlic and make garlic paste. Then cut an appropriate amount of loofah into four to five centimeters long slices. Then put oil in a wok and heat it, then add the garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the loofah slices and stir-fry for three to five minutes. Add salt and chicken essence for seasoning. After stir-frying evenly, the fragrant garlic-stirred loofah can be taken out and eaten.

Cut them into small pieces. First, stir-fry the loofah in a pan, add light soy sauce and table salt to season. After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of water, then put in the tofu and preserved egg pieces. After boiling, cook on medium-low heat for about fifteen minutes and the loofah, preserved egg and tofu soup will be ready.
