However, some people don’t know much about how to eat small taro and only steam it or cook it into porridge. In fact, there are many ways to cook small taro. How to make small taro

Garlic Fried Taro

1. When stir-frying taro with garlic, you need to prepare 300 grams of taro, two heads of garlic, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, salt, and a small amount of chicken essence.

2. Peel the small taro, wash it, and cut it into slices. Peel the garlic, cut it into minced garlic and set aside.

3. Put oil in a wok, heat it, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the taro slices into the wok and stir-fry. After a while, add a small amount of water and cook the taro. Finally, add salt and chicken essence to season, then serve.

Chicken soup with taro

1. The taste of stewed taro is also good. You can prepare 800 grams of taro and a chicken, a small amount of ginger and salt, an appropriate amount of pepper and star anise, and also some pepper powder and dried chili peppers.

2. Cut the chicken into pieces, blanch it in water to remove the fishy smell, put it back into the pot, add the prepared seasonings, and then add water to cook. After the pot boils, continue to cook for about 15 minutes.

3. While cooking the chicken, wash the taro with clean water and remove the skin. After the chicken has been cooked for fifteen minutes, add the taro. Add salt and pepper and cook until the taro and chicken are soft.
