1. When stir-frying leeks with peanut sprouts, you need 250 grams of fresh peanut sprouts, 150 grams of leeks, 50 grams of cooked pork fat, and a small amount of salt, cooking wine and sesame oil.

2. Wash the prepared peanut sprouts and blanch them in boiling water, take them out and rinse them with cold water. After cooling down, drain the water and set aside. Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces for later use.

3. Put the prepared lard into the pot, heat it, then put the peanut sprouts into the pot and stir-fry for two minutes, add salt, cooking wine and sesame oil, then put in the chopped leeks, then stir-fry quickly over high heat, and serve directly on a plate.

1. Cold-mixed peanut sprouts is also an ideal way for people to eat peanut sprouts. You need to prepare 200 grams of peanut sprouts, 100 grams of cucumbers, 50 grams of carrots, garlic, green onions, salt and pepper oil in appropriate amounts.

2. Wash the peanut sprouts, put water in the pot, bring to a boil, then blanch the peanut sprouts in the boiling water for three or four minutes, then take them out and put them in cold water to cool down quickly. After cooling down, take them out and squeeze out the water for later use.

3. Cut the cucumber into shreds, wash the carrots and cut them into shreds, put them together with the processed peanut sprouts, then make garlic into garlic paste, cut the green onions into shreds and put them in, finally add the prepared seasonings and mix well before serving.
