1. Prepare materials

When frying snake beans at home, you need to prepare about 400 grams of fresh snake beans, 150 grams of lean meat, 5 grams of ginger, and appropriate amounts of pepper, starch, red pepper and garlic.

2. Material processing

After preparing the ingredients, wash the ginger and cut it into shreds, wash the snake beans, cut them in the middle, remove the seeds and cut them into thin shreds. Wash the red pepper and cut it into shreds, peel the garlic and cut it into cloves, cut the lean meat into shreds and marinate it with salt and starch.

3. Stir-frying of snake beans

Before stir-frying the snake beans, heat the oil in the pan, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry. After the shredded pork changes color and is fried, take it out and set aside. Heat the oil in the pan again, add the garlic and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the chopped snake beans and stir-fry over high heat. When they are 80% cooked, add pepper and salt and mix well. Finally, add the fried shredded pork and red pepper. Stir-fry until everything is cooked and then serve.
