The efficacy of kuqucai

There are many benefits of kudzu. In addition to providing the human body with a variety of amino acids and trace elements, it can also inhibit the formation of cancer cells, especially for lymphocytic leukemia, with obvious preventive effects. In addition, kudzu can detoxify and cool the blood. Eating more of it can reduce the occurrence of common diseases such as sore throat, enteritis and hemorrhoids. Kudzu can also be used externally, with good hemostatic effects, and can be used to treat human traumatic bleeding symptoms.

How to make ququcai

1. Ququcai can be served cold

After harvesting, the herb can be eaten cold. The specific method is to wash an appropriate amount of herb with clean water, then blanch it in boiling water, take it out and drain the water, then add mashed garlic, sesame oil, white vinegar, light soy sauce, chicken essence and other seasonings, mix well and it is ready to eat.

2. Ququcai can be eaten after steaming

Steaming the kudzu vine is also a common way of eating it. You need to wash the kudzu vine, then sprinkle an appropriate amount of flour on it, and then steam it directly in the steamer. It will take about ten minutes to cook after the water boils. Then take it out and put it on a plate. Prepare some mashed garlic with vinegar in another plate, and dip the steamed kudzu vine in the mashed garlic.
