Ingredients and steps for making golden corn

By chance, I ate a dish called golden corn in a restaurant. It tasted tempting and crispy. I liked it very much. Later, I wanted to make some at home, but I couldn't make it well. So I found a friend who is a chef and learned from him a few times. Now I can make golden corn that is both delicious and crispy. In order to let more people eat this delicacy, I will write down the method of golden corn and tell you.

How to make golden corn

Ingredients for golden corn

When making golden corn, you need to prepare 400 grams of fresh corn kernels, 100 grams of white sugar, an appropriate amount of flour and two eggs, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Specific steps for making golden corn

1. Blanch the prepared corn in boiling water and take it out after about five minutes. The fresh corn is almost cooked at this time.

2. Add eggs to the flour and mix well. Then add an appropriate amount of water. Add more water and mix well while adding. Finally, you will get a thinner batter for later use.

3. Add corn kernels into the prepared batter and stir evenly. The ratio of batter to corn kernels should be about one to one.

4. Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it. When the oil temperature rises to 60% to 70% hot, adjust the heat and then put the prepared corn kernel batter into the pot.

5. Fry the bottom of the batter over medium-low heat until it hardens, then increase the heat to high and fry the corn batter into honeycombs. When it turns golden brown, you can take it out and serve it on a plate. Decorate the top with some dried fruits or fruit grains, and your homemade golden corn is ready.
