You can prepare 25 grams of star anise, 15 grams of cinnamon, 20 grams of fennel, 10 grams of licorice, 10 grams of cinnamon, 3 to 5 grams of sweet cabbage, 20 grams of pepper, 10 grams of amomum, 5 grams of cardamom, 15 grams of cardamom, 15 grams of cloves, 100 grams of ginger and Shaoxing wine each, 150 grams of green onions, 400 grams of rock sugar, 15 grams of MSG, 500 grams of salt, 5 kilograms of fresh soup, 50 grams of cooking oil, two gauze bags, and the appropriate amount of ingredients you want to braise.

Specific steps for making stewed dishes

1. Put all the prepared seasonings into two gauze bags and tie them up tightly. Wash and flatten the ginger before bagging, wash the green onions and roll up the roots. Crush the prepared rock sugar, add oil to the pot, heat it and turn it to low heat, then put the rock sugar in and stir-fry it slowly. When it turns dark red, add 500 grams of water and boil it to get the sugar color.

2.
