5.   Sauce: Put sugar and soy sauce in a pot with a little oil and boil

6.    Cut the garlic and ginger into slices and set aside

7.   Squeeze out the water from the pickled cucumbers and put them into a container

8.   Put ginger, garlic wine into the cucumber, and pour the boiled juice into the cucumber as well.

9.   Add a little salt and mix the cucumber and seasoning thoroughly.
