1. Diet therapy for insomnia: Pig heart and jujube kernel soup Take a pig heart, 15 grams of sour jujube kernel, 15 grams of Poria cocos, and 5 grams of Polygala. Cut the pig heart in half, clean it, and put it in the pot. Wash the ingredients and put them in the pot. Add appropriate amount of water, then put the pig heart in the pot. After boiling, remove the bubbles on the top and cook on low heat. One dose a day is helpful for insomnia, and it also has a good blood-tonifying effect. It can also treat palpitations.

2. Diet therapy for insomnia: Tianma mixed rice: Take 25g chicken, 5g Tianma, 100g polished rice, 50g bamboo shoots, 50g carrots, 1 shiitake mushroom, 1 taro, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar. Soak the Tianma for an hour, and then mince the chicken after it softens. Cut the bamboo shoots and carrots into small pieces, put the rest into the pot, and cook it into rice. Eat it once a day. It helps with insomnia, and it also has a brain-boosting effect and can calm you down.
