When making it, you can wash and peel the fresh Tianshan yacon, cut it into slices, then cut the lean pork slices, add cooking wine and table salt and marinate for a while. Soak the dried chrysanthemum in clean water in advance. After putting clean water in the pot, put all the prepared meat slices, yacon slices and dried chrysanthemum into it, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about an hour, add appropriate amount of seasoning and then take it out and eat.
