1. Remove the hairy roots of the selected fresh garlic, peel off the skin, rinse with clean water and put it in a jar. Add an appropriate amount of the prepared salt into the jar for pickling. Turn the jar over every day, generally about 3 times is the best, to ensure that the salt fully soaks the garlic.

2. Pour out the water in the jar and replace it with clean water for soaking. Of course, also remember to change the water frequently to prepare for the second pickling.

3. Put the pickled garlic into the jar, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and place the jar in a cool place. You just need to wait patiently. Generally, you can take it out after waiting for half a month.
