5 kg fresh white radish, 800 g salt, appropriate amounts of MSG, chili powder, and pepper powder, and a little sugar. In addition, you need to prepare a jar for pickling radish.

1. Wash the purchased radish, then cut it into 5-centimeter strips. Then add clean water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the cut radish strips into the pot and blanch them in the boiling water, then take them out and drain the water.

2. Place the blanched radish strips in the sun to dry. When the weather is good, it will take about three days to dry. It is best to dry the radish strips until all the moisture is lost and they become tough.

3. Put all the prepared seasonings into the jar for pickled radish, add appropriate amount of cold boiled water, mix them evenly with chopsticks, then put the dried radish in, making sure the soup covers the radish.
