How to pickle radish

1. First prepare the ingredients: radish, cucumber, pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, etc.

2. Wash the radish, cut it into dried radish, soak it in water in advance, and set aside.

3. Cut the soaked radish into small pieces, drain the water and set aside. Cut the cucumber into shreds and set aside.

4. Pour all the seasonings into a bowl and mix well. Add appropriate amount of seasoning according to your taste, then pour in the shredded cucumber and mix well.

5. Pour the prepared seasoning on the dried radish, stir well, add appropriate amount of garlic sprouts, place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 2 hours before eating.
