Hand-brew coffee pot is the most widely used coffee pot in the world. It allows people to make fragrant and delicious coffee in a short time. However, coffee is an imported product for people in China, and people don’t know much about the use of hand-brew coffee pots. Today, the editor will specifically introduce this knowledge to give everyone a new understanding of hand-brew coffee pots.

How to use a hand-poured coffee maker

1. Prepare filter paper

When brewing coffee with a hand-brewed coffee pot, you used to have to prepare filter paper in advance. Here, you can choose unbleached raw filter paper, and fold it into a suitable shape according to the size of the filter cup, and finally put the folded filter paper directly into the filter cup.

2. Prepare coffee powder

After preparing the green plants, you also need to prepare coffee powder. You can buy processed coffee powder or good quality coffee beans. Take about 20 grams each time. If it is natural coffee beans, you need to grind it into powder yourself and then put the obtained coffee powder directly on the filter paper in the filter cup.

3. Prepare hot water

Fill the kettle with water and bring it to a boil. Let the water temperature drop to about 96 degrees. Pour the boiling water into a narrow-mouthed kettle. Lift the kettle and let the water in the kettle evenly pour on the filter paper in the filter cup to moisten all the coffee powder. The amount of water should be 1.5 times the amount of coffee powder. The coffee powder will expand rapidly after absorbing water.

4. Add water and brew

After the coffee powder absorbs water and expands, continue to pour water onto the filter paper. The water flow should be kept stable. As the water flow is slowly poured in, the brewed coffee liquid will slowly flow out from the bottom of the filter cup. After the brewing is finished, remove the filter cup above, take out the coffee liquid in the pot and enjoy the delicious coffee.

5. If you want the brewed coffee to taste attractive, there are certain requirements when pouring water. You cannot pour water into the same point all the time. You should draw concentric circles in one direction until the outside of the coffee powder. Also, you cannot pour water directly onto the filter paper, otherwise the taste of the coffee will deteriorate.
