How to make fried cowpea with meat? Here I will tell you how to make fried cowpea with meat. It is very delicious and a dish that goes well with rice:

Fried Cowpea with Meat

Recently, everything around me is in a mess. I keep searching, but the words I search for in my heart are almost all derogatory, sad, sad, painful, disappointed... Everything makes me feel that I can't break free, can't get rid of it, and it's still a mess~

Suddenly, I wanted to leave, to travel far away, alone, to a place where no one knows me, a desert, a grassland, a forest, a seaside, or a mountaintop, to stay for a few days, to leave all the unhappiness far away, to change my mood~

This dish of fried cowpea with meat is something I particularly liked when I was a child. The taste used to be the taste of home, the taste of my mother. Now when I make it myself, the taste seems to be the same as when I was a child, and I feel particularly nostalgic~

Easy to make, brings back the nostalgic cowpea fried meat! The ingredients can be purchased online

Ingredients for Cowpea Fried Meat

Cowpea pork tenderloin

Onion and ginger

Soy sauce (light soy sauce) starch

Egg white salt

Sichuan pepper powder

How to make fried cowpea with meat

1. Wash the cowpeas, cut them into 3cm long pieces, blanch them in hot water to remove the beany smell, remove them and put them in cold water to cool, remove them and drain the water for later use.

2. Slice the tenderloin, pour a small amount of soy sauce (light soy sauce) and half an egg white, add a small amount of starch, mix well, season, and set aside

3. Wash and shred the green onion and ginger separately and set aside

4. Pour oil into the hot pan, wait until the oil temperature reaches 5-6 layers, pour in the tenderloin, and stir-fry with a spatula until the tenderloin changes color.

5. Pour in shredded green onion, ginger and pepper powder and stir-fry. Then pour in cowpeas and stir-fry over high heat. Add a small amount of salt and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until the cowpeas become soft. Then you can serve.

Tips

After the tenderloin is mixed with starch, egg white and light soy sauce and seasoned, it will be smoother and more tender and taste better when fried.

If you like chicken powder or MSG, you can add it. I don’t like it, so I don’t add it. It’s just my personal preference.

Sichuan pepper powder can be replaced with Sichuan peppercorns, and the taste will not change much.

For those who like to mix rice with soup, you can add a little more oil or a small amount of water, and the rice will be good~!
