What are the diseases of pole beans?

How should we prevent and control various diseases when we encounter them when growing beans?

Liriomyza sativae

You can use 600-800 times diluted 40% 7-star emulsifiable concentrate, 2000 times diluted 90% badan soluble powder, or 1000 times diluted 50% chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate for prevention and control. Generally, apply the pesticide once every 5-7 days during the peak period of occurrence, and apply it three times in a row.

Bean Pod Borer

You can use 500 times diluted compound pod fungus powder or 1500 times diluted Yitaibao emulsion, spray it from the beginning of flowering period, spray the flower buds once every 5-7 days, and it is best to apply the medicine during flowering at 8:00-10:00 in the morning.

Whiteflies, aphids

You can spray 20% cypermethrin wettable powder 1000 times or 73% cypermethrin wettable powder 1000-1500 times, which can also treat aphids. Garlic juice (take 250g of purple garlic, soak it in water for 30 minutes, mash it to extract the juice, dilute it with water about 10 times, and spray it immediately) can prevent aphids. Chili water (take 50g of dry sharp chili pepper, add 1kg of water and boil it for 15 minutes, filter and spray the supernatant) can prevent whiteflies and aphids.

Spider mites

You can use 800 times of propargite, 1500 times of 5% nisolan emulsifiable concentrate, or 3000 times of 1.8% cypermethrin soluble emulsifiable concentrate for spraying. Spray immediately when spider mites are found, spray once every 10 days, and spray three times in a row.

In the early stage of rust, spray 1500 times of 25% Baike EC, 1000 times of 25% triadimefon wettable powder, 1000 times of triadimefon EC, or 100-150 times of 50% colloidal sulfur. Start spraying at the early stage of the disease, apply the medicine once every 10 days, and continue 2-3 times. Crush 100g of rapeseed cake, soak it in a small amount of hot water for 2.5h, filter it, add 3kg of water and spray it to prevent rust.

Botrytis cinerea

At the early stage of the disease, spray 1000 times of 65% foramoxic acid wettable powder or 600 times of 28% gray mold wettable powder, or 1000 times of 50% chloranthate wettable powder for prevention and control. Spraying 150-200 times of 1% wuyimycin aqueous solution can also be used for prevention and control.

anthrax

You can use 500 times diluted carbendazim powder, 500 times diluted thiophanate-methyl powder, 200 times diluted 2% agrochemical 120 aqueous solution, or 500-600 times diluted 50% mancozeb, and start spraying at the early stage of the disease, once every 7-10 days, and spray 3-4 times in a row.

Bacterial diseases

Use 72% agricultural streptomycin soluble powder or 1 million units of phytocomycin powder at 3000-4000 times dilution for spraying for prevention and control.

Root rot, wilt

For plots with serious disease, crop rotation with non-leguminous crops should be implemented for more than 3 years, and high ridge cultivation should be adopted to prevent water accumulation in the field. At the early stage of the disease, 70% thiophanate-methyl wettable powder or 50% carbendazim wettable powder 500 times diluted should be used for root irrigation.
