How to make mushroom and winter melon chicken soup

Mushroom and Winter Melon Chicken Soup Method/Steps

After rinsing the chicken wings, soak them in clean water for 10 minutes; soak the mushrooms in advance.

After wiping the chicken wings dry, use a knife to make two or three cuts on both sides of the chicken wings.

Spread a little salt, white pepper and cooking wine on the chicken wings and marinate for about 15 minutes.

While marinating the chicken wings, slice the winter melon and wash and remove the stems of the mushrooms.

Take a large microwave-safe bowl and place the winter melon slices at the bottom of the bowl.

Place the marinated chicken wings on the winter melon.

Place the mushrooms on the chicken wings and carefully pour in the water used to soak the mushrooms, taking care to remove impurities in the water.

Add clean water, it doesn’t matter if you add a little more or a little more. Less water will make the soup thicker, and more water will make the soup fuller.

Finally, sprinkle in shredded ginger.

Cover the bowl, but make sure to leave a vent, and place it in the microwave.

After some research, I found that with 1200 ml of soup in my four chicken wings, it takes about 35 minutes of high heat cooking to "microwave" a bowl of fragrant mushroom and winter melon chicken soup.

It contains vegetables, meat and mushrooms, served with a bowl of white rice, simple and convenient.
