Kind tips

Luffa is green and tender, fragrant, crisp and sweet, and has high nutritional value. It contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, citrulline, riboflavin and other B vitamins, vitamin C, and saponins, an ingredient found in ginseng. It is good for women to eat more luffa in autumn.

Dried shrimp (shrimp skin) is rich in quantity and variety of minerals. In addition to iodine, which is lacking in terrestrial and freshwater organisms, it is also rich in iron, calcium, and phosphorus. The calcium and phosphorus content of every 100 grams of dried shrimp skin is 20,000 mg and 1,005 mg respectively. The calcium content in particular is unmatched by any other food.

Therefore, dried shrimps are known as “calcium storage”.
