Pumpkin cheese pie ingredients and recipe

My mouth starts watering when I mention pumpkin cheese pie. It is a delicious food that you can make when you have nothing to do.

Pumpkin Cheese Pie Ingredients:

150g low-gluten flour, 40g brown sugar, 80g butter, 300g pumpkin puree, 40g cheese, 10g white sugar, 15g starch, and appropriate amount of coconut flakes.

Pumpkin Cheese Pie Recipe:

1. Peel the pumpkin, clean the seeds, cut into pieces, and steam until cooked (I steamed it for about 20 minutes);

2. Cut the butter into small pieces and put them into the container;

3. Add brown sugar;

4. Sift in flour;

5. Knead into dough;

6. Wrap with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes;

7. Drain the steamed pumpkin and mash it into puree;

8. Add starch, cheese and sugar and mix well;

9. Put the relaxed dough into the pie plate, flatten it with your hands, and fill the mold;

8. Pour in the pumpkin filling, sprinkle with coconut flakes, preheat the oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Remark:

1. This pumpkin filling is very soft, I like it more. If you like drier pumpkin filling, you can put it in the microwave instead of steaming it;

2. You can use any cheese you have on hand or any flavor you like.
