Papaya is known as the "king of beneficial fruits".

Li Shizhen's "Compendium of Materia Medica" states: Papaya is warm in nature and sour in taste, it can soothe the liver and stomach, relax tendons and muscles, invigorate the bones and muscles, and lower blood pressure.

Modern medicine has proven that the fruit contains papain, papain, rennet, carotene, etc.; and is rich in more than seventeen kinds of amino acids and a variety of nutrients; the oleanolic acid component contained therein is a compound that has the effects of protecting the liver and reducing enzymes, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, and lowering blood lipids.

Research has also found that papaya has the ability to prevent the synthesis of carcinogenic nitrosamines in the human body. The vitamin C content in papaya is 48 times higher than that in apples! Regular consumption of papaya has the health benefits of calming the liver and stomach, relaxing muscles and tendons, softening blood vessels, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and beauty, anti-cancer and cancer prevention, and strengthening physical fitness; papaya is a nutritious fruit treasure with hundreds of benefits and no harm.

When you see the sweet orange-yellow papaya flesh, are you as excited as I am? In fact, papaya is not only fragrant, colorful, and sweet, but also contains extremely rich nutritional value. It is not an exaggeration to call it a nutritional saint in the fruit world.

Speaking of papaya, everyone must have heard that it contains a kind of "papain", which has been widely used in health foods in recent years. But what magical effects does papain have?
