How to make papaya pudding

1. Put the milk in a bowl, heat it, and then let it cool aside.

2. While it is cooling, remove the seeds from half of the papaya and use a juicer to make papaya puree. (If you don’t have a juicer at home, you can use a colander instead, preferably one with gauze in the middle. Then cut the papaya into cubes, put them one by one on the colander, and squeeze them slowly with the back of the spoon.)

3. Put the papaya puree into milk (warm milk is also fine), then stir evenly and put it in the freezer for about a few dozen minutes.

Pudding is a traditional British food. It evolved from the "cloth segment" used in ancient times to represent sausages mixed with blood. Today's pudding made of eggs, flour and milk was passed down by the Saxons at that time. In the medieval monasteries, "a mixture of fruit and oatmeal" was called "pudding". This pudding officially appeared in the 16th century during the reign of Elizabeth I. It was prepared with gravy, juice, dried fruit and flour. Puddings in the 17th and 18th centuries were made with eggs, milk and flour. Pudding powder uses natural seaweed gels such as carrageenan and carob bean gum LBG as coagulants (i.e., pudding stabilizers), sodium stearoyl lactylate SSL and mono-dry fat T-95 as emulsifiers, and then eggs, sugar, oils and other ingredients are mixed with water. The present invention uses pure natural raw materials, is rich in nutrition, and has good color, fragrance and taste.

Calculated based on 15% added sugar, each 15-gram pudding generates 8.93 kcal of heat energy in the body. The daily energy supply of an average adult is about 2500 kcal, so the proportion of heat energy generated by pudding in the body is extremely low.
