1. Bitter melon juice can be made with a juicer, or you can use a grater to grate the bitter melon into filaments, then wrap it with a tea strainer or gauze to squeeze out the juice.

2. Add half a cup of water to the squeezed bitter gourd juice. The amount of water added can be adjusted according to personal needs.

3. If you really can't stand the bitterness of bitter melon, you can add some lemon juice or apple juice to alleviate the bitterness. Drink 1 cup of bitter melon juice every day.
