How to Roast Eggplant

1. Add salt, ginger, white pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and other seasonings to the minced meat.

4. Mix them evenly

5. Wash the long eggplant and cut it into round slices

6. Take out a piece and spread the prepared meat filling evenly

Tips

1. The eggplant slices should be cut a little thicker. If they are cut too thin, they will be too soft after roasting and the taste will be lighter.

2. No need to add oil when baking. The eggplant will release juice when baking, so be sure to turn it over;

3. In fact, if you find it troublesome and don’t have time, you can also make it directly in the microwave, but it won’t taste as good as this;

4. You can also use other flavors for the final sauce, such as spicy.
