Steps to make fish-flavored shredded pork

1. Soak the fungus in water and cut into shreds. Wash and cut the carrots and green peppers into shreds.

2. Chop ginger, onion and garlic, wash and seed the chili pepper, cut into small pieces, add starch and water to make wet powder and set aside.

3. Cut the lean pork into thin strips about 5 cm long, add salt and prepared water starch, and mix well.

4. Then add water starch, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar to make a sauce and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add dried chilies and sauté until fragrant, then add shredded pork and stir-fry for a while.

6. Add shredded green pepper, carrot, fungus, ginger, onion, garlic, etc. and stir-fry over high heat.

7. After the shredded meat is cooked, add the sauce just prepared to thicken, stir well and then serve.

Pork tenderloin: Pork should not be eaten with black plum, licorice, crucian carp, shrimp, pigeon meat, snails, almonds, donkey meat, lamb liver, coriander, turtle, water chestnut, buckwheat, quail meat, and beef. It is not advisable to drink a lot of tea after eating pork.

Bamboo shoots: Bamboo shoots should not be eaten with lamb liver.

Fungus (soaked in water): Fungus should not be eaten with snails, pheasants, and wild ducks.

Eggs: Do not cook eggs with sugar. Do not eat undercooked or overcooked eggs.
