A handful of kidney beans, a bag of plums (preserved plums), a handful of red dates, 5 or 6 crystal sugars (adjust according to your taste), a spoonful of honey

【How to make preserved plum and kidney beans】

1. Wash the kidney beans and soak them in cold water overnight.

2. Take a small bowl, put in the soaked kidney beans, plums, dates, rock sugar, a little water, put it in an electric pressure cooker and steam for 30 minutes.

3. Take it out and let it cool, add a spoonful of honey, stir evenly, put it in a small oil-free and water-free bottle, and put it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten as a snack or as a cold dish with a meal.

3. Kidney beans are difficult to cook, and it is not recommended to steam them slowly in a pot. It may not be edible after 3 hours, so use a pressure cooker. I use an electric pressure cooker, which comes with a steaming tray, which is very convenient to use. Put some water in the pressure cooker and then steam it.
