2. Wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour. Mix it with the diced bacon, add water and cook it in a rice cooker.

3. Heat the pan with oil, add broad beans and stir-fry for a while after the oil is heated, add a little salt and chicken essence, stir well and add to the rice cooker

4. Mix the diced bacon, rice and broad beans together, and set the rice cooker to keep warm for 15 minutes.

Because bacon is quite salty, you should put less salt or even no salt at all.

Broad beans, overnight rice, oil, salt, carrots, onions, pepper powder

2. Dice the carrots

3. Chop green onions

4. Heat oil in the pan

5. Stir-fry broad beans after the oil is hot

6. Add carrots and stir-fry after broad beans change color

7. Add rice and stir fry

8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry

9. Add salt and pepper powder to taste

1. Overnight rice is better for fried rice. If your rice is moist, you can microwave it and then fry it.

2. I didn’t blanch the broad beans this time, but fried them, so they taste better.

3. It is recommended to add chopped green onions when they are almost done frying, which will make them more fragrant.
