Corn Tongluo Pancake

I don't know if you have ever eaten corn gong pancakes. They are very fragrant and delicious. Today I will show you how to make them:

Corn Tongluo Pancake Ingredients

100g corn flour 50g all-purpose flour

50g corn kernels 3 eggs about 130g

1 tsp baking powder 90ml cold water

White sugar amount

Corn Tongluo Pancake Recipe

1. Cook corn kernels

2. Mix corn starch, flour and cooked corn kernels in a ratio of 2:1:1, add baking powder and sugar and mix well.

3. Beat the eggs, add to the corn flour bowl and mix well

4. Add water and mix well into a thin paste

5. Brush a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pot and turn on low heat

6. Take the corn paste with a spoon and slowly pour it into the pot, allowing the corn paste to automatically flow into a round shape.

7. Fry on low heat until one side is cooked, then turn over and fry on the other side

8. Use a square mold to press into a square pancake shape

9. Take a tortilla, spread salad dressing or jam, tomato sauce or other sauces you like, and cover it with another tortilla.

Tips

Adding baking powder and sugar can make the tortillas more fluffy.

The fire for making corn tortillas must be very low, otherwise the tortillas will burn easily. There should also be little oil, otherwise they will become hard.
